Important Note
If you don't feel comfortable using a Multimeter to measure Voltage we highly Discourage you to not follow his part off the guide. Please Contact us.
Step 1: Identity where to measure
Negative Pole
Positive Pole
Step 2: Setup your Multimeter to measure DC Current
This part is a bit different depending the Brand off the Multimeter, please find a reference photo off the symbol for DC Current below:
Step 3: Measuring output voltage
- Insert the the Multimeters Positive(Red) Probe into the barrel jack, the probe needs to make contact with the Positive Pins.
- Hold the Multimeters Negative(Black) Positive Probe onto the barrel jacks sleave.
- Inspect the Multimeter for the Voltage provided from the Power Adapter, the correct voltage should be around 23.7-24V
- If 24V is not provided please Contact us
Faulty Hardware
If none off the above helped, its most likely due to a hardware failure.
