If a printer emits loud *beep* noise, and the screen is stuck on 'Ender' logo, try disconnecting the thermistor from the mainboard and turn the printer on again. If the printer boots up normaly, you need to either fix how the thermistor is seated in the heated block, or replace it completely.
Issue is caused by a short circuit between thermistor and hotend.
