My Duplicator 5S does not start when power on.
To avoid damage to the mainboard, there is a protection screw on your D5S series micro-controller (check pic below). Once the power is over-charged or the printer is heavily rattled (possibly during shipping), the mainboard will lock itself to protect against being further damaged. To unlock the mainboard you can loosen the screw circled in the picture below or remove it completely. Once removed, try to power up the printer once again.
