As consumer, you have 1 years warranty on all * products from us.
As company You have warranty period of 6 months.
* For refurbishes items warranty period is 6 months, if nothing else is communicated on the product description
* Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors.
When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. This applies even in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself.
The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from 3D Prima.
